Battery care

- How do I charge my batteries?
We recommend that you use the cord supplied with your batteries and a suitable mains adapter (not included) as indicated in your instructions.
Do not use a transformer of more than 5 volts, as you risk damaging your batteries beyond that. G-Heat accessories are preferable.
Charging time may vary from 3 to 5 hours, depending on the type of batteries and the AC adapter used.
- When should I recharge my batteries?
We recommend recharging your batteries before and after each use, to get the most out of your heated garment.
It's also very important to charge your batteries thoroughly at the end of each winter season, or before any long period of storage. We strongly recommend charging them at least every 3/4 months. A battery must be stored full to avoid deterioration.
- How do I store my batteries?
When you're not using your heated garment, we recommend that you disconnect your batteries and store them in a dry place at room temperature, always fully charged. We also recommend that you charge them at least every 3/4 month to extend their life, so remember to charge them well during fine weather.
- How can I preserve the life of my batteries over time?
Avoid leaving them connected to their charging cable for too long, and recharge them regularly to avoid self-discharge. Never expose your batteries to heat.
Our batteries have a lifespan of around 500 charge cycles. Their capacity may diminish over time, but you can maintain their performance at its best by taking good care of them during your activities and storing them properly when not in use.

Hand-wash (or surface-wash) your garments with warm water and soap or a mild detergent without fabric softener, after removing the battery. We do not recommend machine washing.
Do not wring out or dry on a radiator, as this may damage the heating system. Do not tumble dry, bleach or dry-clean. Do not iron.
- How do I store my clothes?
For gloves and socks: We advise you to store them without their batteries, in a dry place at room temperature.
For your clothes: We advise you to store them without their batteries, on hangers in a dry place at room temperature.
Do not store your products folded, under a pile of laundry or in a vacuum bag, as this may damage the heating system.
