Two practical tips to maximize the effect:

• Wear as a base layer, directly against your skin. The technology works on contact, not over thick underwear.
• Choose a snug fit in your actual size: the fabric should follow your movements without bunching, so evaporation remains consistent

Mild detergent, 30 °C, lay flat to dry. The rule can be summed up in a single line, but it’s key to preserving the durability of the technical fabric.

Polyamide and elastane do not tolerate high temperatures or harsh chemicals well. Here are a few precautions to follow:

• Machine wash at 30 °C maximum, on the delicate cycle, with minimal spin. Hand washing is still preferable to extend the garment’s lifespan.
• Mild detergent without fabric softener: Fabric softener clogs the technical fibers and reduces the effectiveness of the cooling fabric.
• Air dry, flat or on a hanger. Do not tumble dry: heat damages spandex.
