G-Heat Hello Tania, thank you for agreeing to chat with us! Tell us a little about your background.

Tania: I'm 24 years old, I'm a sports coach and nutritionist-dietician, and I recently started creating content. I was also a finalist on a famous survival adventure show.

G-Heat If you had to describe yourself in three words, what would they be?

Tania: I'd say positive, determined and, let's face it, incredible! (laughs)

G-Heat Which phrase best sums up your philosophy of life?

Tania: "Everything happens for a reason." This really allows me to focus on the positive in any situation.

G-Heat Tough choice: survive on a desert island or go out without heated clothing?

Tania: A desert island without hesitation! Ever since I discovered heated garments G-Heat, it's been hard to do without them.

G-Heat : What is Raynaud's syndrome?

Tania: It's poor blood circulation in the extremities, affecting the hands, feet, ears, etc. Personally, it affects my hands and feet, which is already very restrictive. Personally, it affects my hands and feet, which is already very restrictive.

G-Heat How does Raynaud's syndrome affect you on a daily basis?

Tania: I can't go out without gloves, or use my phone outside. Sometimes I can't even sleep because of the cold, so I have to wear a hat and scarf. It may sound crazy, but it's a real handicap in everyday life.

G-Heat As an athlete, adventurer and woman with Raynaud's syndrome, what challenges have you faced?

Tania: I started playing tennis when I was very young, but during winter competitions, I couldn't even hold my racket without gloves. My mother had to warm my hands every time I changed sides. It was a real challenge.

G-Heat What advice would you give to people suffering from Raynaud's syndrome?

Tania: My advice is not to opt for lifelong treatments. Three years ago, I was offered one, which I refused, believing that there are alternative solutions. Heated garments G-Heat are a perfect example.

G-Heat Why did you choose G-Heat heated garments?

Tania: I agreed to work with G-Heat because it's a cause that's close to my heart. It's a French brand with incredible products that have personally changed my life.
